- Cancellation and Refunds is not applicable on Subscription fee , Registration fee , ESI Registration Fee ,ESI monthly renewal fee , ITR filing fee, Transaction charges, transaction costs API cost , Software cost , other costs .
- FOLOWFUTURE Physical Prepaid Cards can be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched by us. Once dispatched , then the order cannot be cancelled in any situation .
- Refund will be processed within 5 -7 working days post cancellation.
- Cards once attached with a user cannot be attached to other users and payment of card won’t be refunded in any situation once the customer has received the card at his/her correspondence address.
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed
- Physical Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Renewal fee of the card : If the customer / enterprise do not want to use the card anymore , Then before usage of 1 year of the card from the date of its payment by the customer / enterprise he/she must intimate their will of cancellation of the card before completion of 1 year of usage of card. Intimation should be given by the customer / enterprise stating that they do not want to use the card anymore and want no renewal of the card , This intimation can be given via mail , writing only . Verbal intimation won’t be considered as any type of intimation .
- Once renewal fee/monthly renewal fee/subscription renewal fee has been debited for any service to the customer/enterprise like Renewal fee for prepaid card , monthly renewal fee for ESI , Subscription renewal fee then that won’t be refunded/ cancelled in any situation .
- API cost won’t be refunded to any organisation .
Subscription Fee :
- Cancellation and Refund of subscription fee is non- refundable at all in any circumstances . Customer can subscribe to the folowfuture services and he/she will have the opportunity to use the platform to do work and earn as a freelancer from their home also . Customer cannot claim misrepresentation , by mistake or any sort of means to apply for claim . We don’t entertain any type of claim as already told that customer should deeply understand things in vernacular language and only after that the customer should pay the subscription amount of folowfuture.
- Subscription Renewal : The subscription renewal amount will be non – refundable and will be debited from the customer on annual basis. The subscription renewal amount will be non-refundable in all times.
Transaction Charges :
Any type of waiver / refund / claim cannot be granted on the transaction charges . Once the transaction charges are deducted they are irrevocable& non-refundable . Customer cannot claim the transaction charges on any point of time .
Card Cost :
Once the card order has been placed with folowfuture and the client has paid the amount, then after the date& time of receipt of payment the client can ask for refund of payment only upto 24 hours from the date& time of receipt of payment . The mode of refund intimation can be only via mail / whatsapponly . No verbal intimation will be entertained . If the refund request goes beyond this time period then there will be no refund initiated to the customer in any situation.
- Cards once assigned / attached / KYC attached with a customer will not be taken back in any situation and no refund will be made for once assigned / attached cards to a customer .
- Defaced ,multilated , altered , lost or stolen cards will non- refundable / returned / redeemed in any type of situation.
- RENEWAL FEE OF CARD :- the customer / enterprise/corporate/ company/ organisation do not want to use the card anymore , then before exceeding 1 year from the date& time of receipt of payment of the cards by the customer / enterprise/corporate/ company , he/she must intimate their will of cancellation of the card before completion of 1 year of usage of card. Intimation should be given by the customer / enterprise stating that they do not want to use the card anymore and want no renewal of the card , This intimation can be given via mail , writing only . Verbal intimation won’t be considered as any type of intimation.
IF the request for refund has been raised within the time period ,then the refund process will be initiated and the refund amount will be refunded to the client within 07 to 10 working days depending on the amount of refund . If the refund amount exceeds above Rs 50,000 then refund time may extend upto 30 days also .
Delivery Charges :
Delivery charges being taken for delivery of prepaid cards , experience certificate , or any other type of material being processed via courier then delivery charge being taken for delivery won’t be refunded to the customer in any situation .
API Charges :
API charges won’t be refunded / redeemed in any situation . Once the API charges has been paid by the customer then API charges will not be refunded to any customer / enterprise / company/ organization / corporate .
Upgradation Charges :
Upgradation charges for upgrading any services will not be refunded in any situation to the customer / enterprise / employee / corporate .
Basic Hiring Plan Charges & Productive Hiring Plan Charges :
Any type of basic hiring plan charges , productive hiring plan charges will be non- refundable in any circumstances . If once , the enterprise / corporate / organization/ company has purchased the basic hiring plan services or productive hiring plan services then that payment will be non- refundable in all conditions . Any type of waiver , request , will not be entertained in any situation.
SERVER COST :
Server cost once being paid by the corporate / organization is non – refundable in all situations .
The renewal cost of server is also non – refundable . If the enterprise / organization/ corporate / oraganisation do not want to continue the services then intimation must be given in written at mail to stop the services .
